I visited the Benson's Beds in Poole Dorset. The staff were extremely helpful and allowed me to try out a lot of beds before deciding on a particular mattress.
I placed my order via the website and had no problems in selecting the required mattress and placing the order.

We are delighted with our purchase of Hypnos zip and link mattresses from the Benson For Beds Poole branch. We'd visited a few local retailers but were very impressed with the service offered by the staff here. Our 'guide' Luca was particularly knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and helped immeasurably while we deliberated upon choice. The following day a first-class deal was enabled with the help of Store Manager Paul and after a shake of hands we left feeling very happy. A five week wait and with the mattresses now in-situ on our ottoman base, we absolutely would recommend this store. Thank you.

We were looking for a Hypnos bed to try out. Walked into the store and immediately seen by staff members who showed us the beds we were interested in. Staff member was Paul Lucas. He was very knowledgeable about the beds, polite and friendly.

The sales person was very helpful, good selection to view.

We needed to ascertain what would be the best bed for us and we were shown all types with in the category and received advice on the advantages for each so we could make an informed choice. Tomm was respectful, very knowlegeable and gave us time, with out pressure, to reach a decision.

Paul and Tim were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They spent a lot of time discussing products which enabled us to make decisions with confidence.

Paul at the Branksome/Poole branch was very efficient and helpful. He went out of his way to help and ensure that I was able to get what I needed, quickly and easily. So refreshing and definitely a good reason to refer this branch in particular to my friends and family.

Tim was great, helped me find the perfect pillow and mattress which I was in desperate need of a very specific type for nerve damage in my shoulder and back. Tim was not pushy at all like a lot of sales people can be. He was very patient with my partner and I and very informative.
