Nice mattress and delivery
Ordered an ex display mattress from Paul at the Branksome Poole store. He guided us through our options with his great knowledge and experience. This made the buying process easy.
Delivery by a local team headed by Alex was a dream. Alex agreed a delivery date and time that fitted with our busy schedule and updated us throughout the process. They placed the mattress on the base and removed the wrapping. A thoroughly fantastic guy.

A wide range of beds and bases to chose from and both salespeople were very friendly and helpful. The bed we chose was very reasonably priced. The only criticism is the fact a 50pound delivery charge was loaded after we agreed to purchase, a bit deceitful.

New bed purchase
The purchase of our new bed from Benson's for beds at Poole was a very smooth and easy transaction from the initial purchase through to the delivery and assembly of the bed a few weeks later. The delivery men were friendly and efficient , arrived on time and completed the bed assembly within an hour, well worth paying the extra for. All in all a great purchase, fully recommended,well done!

Very pleasant. Both times we went in with family to look around, try, and decide on the mattresses we would like, especially Rubben on initial visit and both gentlemen on our second visit I think the purchase was processed by store manager, I hope I remember correctly being Paul (not sure) but they were all very friendly, calm, approachable, not pushing to close the sale. Rubben was very knowleadgeable, friendly, calm, appreciating my knowledge to details having already done my research online beforehand on mattresses. Rubben was patient and open, not irritated by my multitude of questions and our undecided position. He had the patience and be there like a friend would be to guide and support in our decision eith as much details as possible. We came back with our son to test and find a mattress for him too and the research was less time consuming due to the help we already had the previous day from Rubben, so it was now easier, and we finalised the visit by purchasing 2 mattresses, a double and a single.
