I was looking for a 2'6 small single mattress, the staff were totally useless, they thought they might do one but weren't sure.. walked out in disgust, sales staff should know their stock. Went to Reading Bedding... professionals. had a range of mattresses all 2'6 and even got a different cover for me... thank goodness for local companies

I received great service from Arif and the team at the Reading store. Arif was very knowledgeable and helped us choose our new bed, headboard and mattress. He was very patient and understanding, allowing us enough time to make our decision. I would certainly buy from this store in the future and particularly with Arif’s service and support.

He was very patient and encouraged us to try the various mattresses. He also explained the variations of different makes and models. With his help, we made the right choice of mattress.

Arif was very knowledgeable, while providing insight in meeting our needs, had been very patient in giving us time to try out different mattresses to find the right ones. It was a pleasure to visit the Reading shop to find the right beds for us!

Just what is expected, knowledgeable, polite and helpful.

I am struggling to get my refund. The sofa bed had to be returned as it could not pass the door due to its size. I contacted customer service who advised I had to visit the local store which was a pain. I was told I had to pay a 20% cancellation charge which I could not understand why. I didn't cancel the order and it was not my fault. I have communicated with customer services to let express my disappointment and full refund.
Please be mindful, refund process is a hassle. I would not recommend to buy again from this company/store.

Staff checked if we required any assistance quickly after entering the store but left us to explore and try at our own leisure so we didn't feel pressured or pushed into decisions. Very pleasent shopping experience.
