This review is very late but Ishry helped me choose a mattress that works best for me! Managed to organise delivery of my mattress which I have recently easily changed due to issues with the house sale taking longer than expected. Can’t wait to try out the new mattress!

We were checking the physical attributes of the Sandown double mattress which we had seen on Benson’s website. The salesman at the Reading showrooms was very knowledgeable and helpful on technical & price details.

Very helpful and friendly member of staff, Ishry, guided us through the various options available and made it easier for us to finalise our order.

Sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through pros and cons of each option.

On a previous recent visit I had worked out the options available for a new single bed for my 6 year old daughter. So it was a case of picking the best one with family. Sale assistant (Richie) provided very useful guidance on which bed/mattress option was the best. Felt we had time to relax and look ourselves without the constant presence of a Sales person asking if we needed help, but at the same time when we were ready the sale person was available. Very happy so far and fingers crossed we have the best option now.

We purchased 2 mattresses for two bed frames and chose recycling services to remove the old mattresses. The delivery arrived a little later than the time window mentioned, but that is not a deal breaker and the products we purchased are brilliant with zero complaints. So, that is 5 out of 5. However, the rolled up compressed mattresses were left in unpacked state and the delivery persons left in real hurry. It’s not easy to unpack an 28 kg mattress and lay on the bed frame. Plus disposing the huge amount of packaging material is another effort. Interestingly, I bought the same Benson mattress in Manchester a month ago, where the delivery person not only unpacked the new mattress, but also took away the packaging materials. That was greatly convenient and I expected the same service here. I believe the services differ region wise. That is why I am rating the overall experience as 4, should have been 4.5, but don’t have that option.

I’ve been looking for a Dunlopillo Super Comfort and Bensons for Beds in Reading came up trumps. Helpful staff, no pillow in the shop easily solved. Ordered pillow through them and a week later delivered to my door by Royal Mail.
I’ve been looking for this pillow for a while as a well known store no longer sells them. So pleased to purchased one again. Might be more costly but well worth it. Thank you.

Delivery service was perfect. I knew what time it was being delivered. The 2 men were very friendly and careful of my property.

Store Team staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses. Provided good advice and information. Showroom display was very good and had a large selection to choose from.

The sale bit was fine Shayne was helpful and pleasant, I asked to pick up the mattress, when picking it up the polythene was ripped in several places

Good customer service - they gave us the freedom to explore but were always just nearby to help solve any doubts and give us quotes. Arif in particular was amazing!
