We had a great delivery experience this morning both driver & mate were polite & friendly! They put our new mattress on to our existing frame unpackaged it and explained to air out the mattress to get rid of the plastic packaging smell(leave as long as possible) and also advised to open a window if possible! Really pleased overall with our benson for beds experience from purchasing to delivery

We got lost on our way to the shop and Helen the shop assistant talked us through the route and met us outside the shop! She made sure we had the right mattress for us! We had considered the latest one - but it was too high for me as I’m disabled.

Emma really went out of her way to get hold of some sample materials to help us choose our base. Following our purchase i noted that the bed was cheaper online, rang the store and was contacted by customer services and they price matched the offer. Great customer service all round
