Recently purchased a new bed from the Rotherham store. From the moment we walked in the staff made us feel really welcome without being pushy. They talked us through the difference in the Mattresses and helped us choose the right bed via their sleep pro bed which was really helpful.
The store was bright, clean and tidy and the overall experience was just great.
We went in thinking about possibly buying a new bed and because of the staff, we bought one.
The 40 night sleep guarantee also helps !
Would definitely recommend Bensons For Beds and Sammy in particular.

Very helpful, nothing to much, as a disabled person we were shown the lift to get upstairs, the gentleman who helped us had the foresight to get me a bar stool to sit on when doing the paperwork. Very helpful

One thing really annoying when you walk in these large shops is that you are jumped on straight away…. Can we help?? My answer … I just want to look round and brouse …. But no … your still followed and pestered. Well thank goodness we wasn’t when my brother and myself entered the bed shop Bensons … in Parkgate Rotherham. The lady that helped and assisted us was very nice, understandable, helpful and informative. Giving advice on our needs. Thank you to Helen

Excellent customer service from Helen, she was extremely patient, friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured in any way and it was really good to get someone’s option on things like colour matches for the divan bases. Would definitely recommend.
