Always bensons for beds for me.
We always go to bensons for beds Rotherham when we need new bed or just a replacement mattress.
The simple reason is that both the staff there are so helpful and not pushy and they have been working there now for almost 11 years and that's how long me and my family's been going there.
So thank you again for helping me pick my new mattress.

A stress free purchase experience.
The friendly and helpful member of staff I dealt with, listened to me and my requirements and helpfully assisted me in finding the bed and mattress which would me my needs at a price within my budget. This is my second purchase from Bensons this year as I was very satisfied with my previous purchase and buying experience.

Visited Saturday 24 September looking to buy a mattress, the sales assistant ( can’t remember her name, she was pregnant) asked if we needed any help & when we said we were just looking we were left alone to browse.
We did buy a mattress as well as a base & headboard. The whole process was very smooth, we were given all the information we needed about delivery & so on. This is the second bed we’ve purchased from Bensons & would highly recommend them.

No time to look around
No time to look around, staff pounce on you straight away. False advertising on bed stated 'buy now pay 2024' but you have to spend a certain amount, this is NOT shown. The staff stating glitches on system, so had to keep repeating everything, this made the whole experience of buying a bed painful, nearly walked out.

Buying a mattress
Helen the sales person very friendly ,knowledgeable and helpful to the point of offering to get a chair for my wife while I tried the beds.Helpful but not pushy and we had a laugh. Hope the delivery goes as well.
