Excellent service helped by an extremely competentnt and knowledgable salesperson.
Good display and plenty of time to browse without any pressure. Decision made after very useful advice given by a very polite and helpful salesperson who clearly had an extensive knowledge of each bed, was able to answer all my questions without any pressure to buy. I was given ample time to decide, never felt uncomfortable and on deciding the placing of an order was dealt with very competently and patiently.

Ordered a bed
Ordered a bed, had it delivered on the 23rd of April in the morning had to mess around getting someone to my property as funnily enough I work and they were so adamant they couldn’t change my delivery time, then when I returned home they hadn’t delivered the right boxes and I was without my headboard and footboard, and had an extra box of slats.
Contacted customer services, they said all they could do is send a form to the warehouse to see where my headboard is and I’d have to wait to hear from them for a few days…. Not sure how they can’t call someone at the time to find out instead of waiting, offered me 30 pounds as a courtesy for the inconvenience (doesn’t even cover the delivery cost I paid for to be delivered that day but apparently they shouldn’t have even offered me 30) day after I called again as I still wasn’t satisfied that I was without a bed as my house is small and had to remove my old bed in preparation. They said earliest I’d even hear from them is the Tuesday after so just shy of a week with no bed, no delivery refund and no idea when it’ll be sorted. Outrageously bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone.
Again can’t even refund me the money I paid for delivery. The delivery they messed up. Oh and insult to injury the customer service advisor said I could still use the mattress, basically sleep on the floor that’s exactly what I paid over a grand for….. ridiculous.

The lady assistant and the gentleman…
The lady assistant and the gentleman was absoloutly brilliant,I went in to queary my wardrobe drawer that was damaged accidentally by myself i called the insurance because I live on my own I'm not very good with things like this,they looked into things for me without no trouble whatsoever And sorted it out due to insurance had run out only 3 weeks ago,they found out the price and ordered me another one to purchase it took the worry and stress off me I was so thankful and grateful for all there help
