Friendly and efficient
The store was able to show me exactly what I was looking for within my budget. The delivery date was quick and easy to arrange for my convenience. A two hour slot was given closer to the day. The delivery men were friendly and efficient and put the ottoman storage bed together and then showed me how to operate it properly. Very pleased with the whole process.

Michelle, at the Rugby branch was very helpful when asked, and narrowed our search down to four beds, which helped a lot, then explained everything up to the delivery.
