Going in to a bed retailer to buy a new mattress is one of those jobs you keep putting off. I finally went into look for a new mattress last week and I was surprised how easy it was with the assistance of your staff. I was Impressed by the helpfulness of all. Thank you for making the task easy.

Choosing a bed at Bensons took all the worry and stress away in making the right choices, a friendly member of staff was helpful and knowledgeable and was able to advise me which bed suited my needs regarding the health of my neck and spine , I am extremely happy with my purchase of my new bed and am looking forward to my first comfortable supported nights sleep from my carefully selected bed. The explanation of what was on offer was brilliant, but before I had chance to ask about another bed and purchase as one the staff member was quick to get the money and lost out on 15% off of second bed.

Kristine was very helpful. She took time to listen to what we wanted and showed us all the possibilities. She is a real asset in the Rugby store, patient, knowledgeable and helpful without pushing, leaving us feeling like customers that mattered more than getting a sale.

We had been there for choosing beds for our new house .The lady was so so rude as this is third visit and we changed color theme...she said some rude words in front of her manager too which I found really so disappointed...how someone be so rude ,if someone is taking some time to choose new furniture for their new house what's wrong in that .. definitely never ever I am going to visit this shop and never going to recommend to anyone..please learn some etiquette from your neighbor shops..we also had been in Dreams, furniture village and other shops many times but they're always so welcoming to their customers not getting frustrated like you guys ..
Please have some patience and learn how to deal with customers.
