Great customer service, the lady helped me choose a frame and mattress as well as sitting down with me and talking about the different finance options. She guided me around the shop whilst I tried out a few mattresses and after discussing the problems I had with my previous mattress, she helped me figure out what mattress was best for me.

Welcomed on entry...given time to look around before speaking to Lee about what I wanted.. he was knowledgeable and personable...I never felt hurried or pressured..very good service thank you

Absolutely fantastic service , customer service on the phone was brilliant they got me sorted straight away with a 4 year old simba mattress that had failed , then in store the lady who helped us pick out a new mattress was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with , 5 stars easy

Excellent service went back twice no pushy sales just helpful and knowledgeable would definitely recommend for great service. Not had delivery yet so cannot say about this.

Visited the store on Saturday and spoke to a very nice lady called Josaphine, she provided a quote and also measuring leaflet. We found later that day that the items we had chosen would not fit via our staircase.

We visited again on the Sunday with changes and to place the order. Lee was very dismissive, The finance we were interested in that is advertised online, he said, that store didnt do. He continuously told us we didnt need to come into the store. Then wanted 20% deposit for us to be able to place the order. Eventually agreeing that the offer on the website was available. He sent us away saying he had system issues and he would email us the details. Finally we received an voicemail saying we needed to come into the branch. As you can imagine we lost all confidence and cancelled the order again with lee.

We are still receiving emails stating that our order is processing.

The showroom staff were very good, not pushy, and very helpful.
We were given good advice and plenty of time to try various mattresses.
