Superb mattress with the added bonus that it's made in the UK. Delivery date agreed in advance and courteous team delivered on time. Good after sales advice

Excellent service from start to finish
From the moment I walked into the store and was served by Matthew until I left, I was completely satisfied. He took me through the whole process of finding the right bed frame and mattress, explaining as much as I wanted to know and answering every question thoroughly. I actually enjoyed the whole journey. I also managed to visit during a discount promotion, which was a great bonus.

Shocking delivery service, after sales not bothered
2 failed deliveries before delivering 10 days later.
Additional days off work needed for these delivery days. When speaking to the delivery company, I was spoken to in a very unprofessional way and was told it's my problem not theirs. Absolutely awful experience

From start to finish I can't complain
From start to finish I can't complain. The sales assistant Debbie at the Shrewsbury store was extremely helpful and friendly. We were kept up to date with delivery details and times. The delivery team called prior to arrival and again very polite and helpful. Even taking some additional time to show me how to dismantle if needed in the future. Plus the new bed looks amazing and very comfortable.
