Went into bensons for beds today in Sittingbourne and brought a mattress. We spent a while in there trying out mattresses. The lady that assisted us in the shop Toni was so good very helpful indeed. Would definitely recommend.

The manager was very helpful. Although I went in a few minutes to closure. She nevertheless offered to serve me instead of going home. Her customers serve skills are top notch and her gentle and friendly nature will make any customer want to return to the shop.

We visited the sittingbourne branch and met Jonathan who was so helpful he was knowledgeable about the beds and yet not pushy he was very calm and polite, we only bought online as the price was better but the service and help in making our choice was excellent at sittingbourne. I bought on line from bensons and am so pleased with our new bed, would definitely recommend

We went looking for a new bed Staff are polite and knowledgeable told me about sale and saving we could have for each bed,

the member of staff that advised us was very pleasant,also very patient whilst we chose the right product for us and he certainly knew what he was talking about.

We visited the store Saturday to look at bed frames and had a very helpful assistant. Couldn’t decide on colour so returned Monday to place an order. We had a different person serve us but she was equally as friendly and helpful and the delivery date we were given was very good indeed. We have never shopped with you before but we felt the service was very good indeed.
