A very helpful experience
Visited our local branch in sittingbourne kent and was greeted by 2 lovely helpful members of staff called Toni and Clive who helped us buy a new mattress. We were impressed by Clive's customer service, as we had been in the neighbouring bed shop ( the one with the log adverts) and received almost no help. Clive had lots of knowledge regarding bed comfort and mattress firmness and corrective way of using a pillow which was interesting,Toni was very pleasant and sparkly looking which i must say was beautiful along with a friendly smile. She spent a good time going through the paperwork with us arranging finance and the delivery date. She also fully explained the process for getting the old mattress taken away which was helpful.

Went into the Sittingbourne store and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was so nice we didn’t get the usual pressure sales tactics and the whole experience was great, it’s a shame that the £30.00 delivery charge prevented us from buying a bed and mattress at £685.00, we was offered a similar bed without the delivery charge and 4 pillows, perhaps the regional manager should listen to customers, a £30.00 delivery charge cost your shop a sale of £685.00 I think you should have a serious think ????
Update after speaking with the customer service team we eventually came to an agreement and we order a bed and it’s been heaven since, thanks for wonderful sleeps 😀😃😀😃😀
