Brilliant service!
The experience inside the store was relaxed and we felt no pressure from members of staff. We were given pillows to select that suited our preferences and allowed to try many beds in store - nobody followed us around and we could freely make choices without pressure/upselling.
The product arrived within 2 weeks of purchase, it was delivered on the HOTTEST day of the year for the UK and the delivery men did a grand job - they remained professional and still helped us to carry everything to our 2nd floor apartment. They were polite and respectful of our home as well as keeping us entertained with a few jokes.
The bed is very comfortable and perfect for us. It is a firm back care mattress however, it still feels soft to lay on and I’ve had much better sleep since it arrived!

The lady at my local store in Shirley Solihull was very helpful. My daughter was also making a purchase at the same time and she helped us both. Firstly what a lovely shop to go into
Firstly what a lovely shop to go into. Bright, clean and well laid out. You get a lovely greeting and explanation. You are informed that if you need any help just ask and then you are left in peace to try out the beds and take your time. There is nothing worse than going into a shop and being pounced on or having someone follow you around and hover. This makes me uncomfortable and I end up leaving.
This is the most enjoyable experience of shopping for a bed that I have had. When I had questions then the friendly staff answered them and I made my purchase. Would highly recommend.

Do not buy this mattress as you wouldn't desire to get out of bed!!!
This mattress was the best buy. It is extremely comfortable and feels like you are sleeping on air.
Bensons services and delivery was great. They drliver, set up new nattress, clear all rubbish and took away the old one.

First mattress chosen was not suitable…
First mattress chosen was not suitable but was able to arrange replacement. Staff very helpful. New mattress delivered and unsuitable one taken away. Delivery men were very helpful and within 15 mins they had new mattress in place.
