First mattress chosen was not suitable…
First mattress chosen was not suitable but was able to arrange replacement. Staff very helpful. New mattress delivered and unsuitable one taken away. Delivery men were very helpful and within 15 mins they had new mattress in place.

Delivery men excellent, however on purchasing Hypnos mattress, was told we would not have to turn it over just rotate. this was wrong and we are both unable to do this. have changed the mattress for a Sealy, but not without problems, no offer of refund of difference and offer to let us have Hypnos Rotating mattress at no extra cost, this was £500 more

Excellent service from start to finish. We were welcomed in the shop, allowed to peruse ourselves, then were ready to offer assistance. The advice was first rate and on choosing the mattress, the sales process was very straightforward. Many thanks to Ryan at Solihull. Delivery was also excellent, on time, quick to bring mattress in and in to bed and remove old mattress. Would highly recommend.

Great experience of purchasing a new mattress and divan at Bensons Store
We had an excellent experience when purchasing a new mattress and divan from the Bensons Store in Solihull. Ryan, the salesperson was courteous and also extemely knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciated that he gave us plenty of time to discuss our options and to test different mattresses and he didn't pressurise us. He explained the costs and options for delivery very clearly.
