Amazingly helpful. Considerate to my needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Explained all I needed to know. Delivery was well within time frame.

The sales representative, Stephen was nice & helpful. I had plenty of time to try & compare a few mattresses without any time pressure in the shop. I made order for the mattress. I will give further review once the mattress is delivered.

I was attended to by Jess, who couldn’t have been more helpful. I’ve had the experience before - often! - of sales assistants in bed showrooms going straight into a hard sell, and ‘hovering’ around while I tried out mattresses. Jess did neither. She gave me an overview of the mattresses I was interested in and then left me in peace to try them without any pressure. She was nearby should I need to ask questions, but I felt totally unhurried and unpressured, and this is what enabled me to make my decision. It’s also what made me feel confident about buying from Benson’s! She offered to give me a quote for the mattress I liked - again without pressure - which made the purchase (later that day, by telephone) a breeze. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

I was welcomed in a friendly manner and offered some really good advice about purchasing a mattress. I was then invited to try out the mattresses and left to do so with my sister and my friend. I loved the fact that the sales assistant wasn’t constantly giving all the sales patter whilst I was looking.

Helpful friendly staff no pressure

I was greeted by a lovely Guy called Gabby at the Solihull Sears branch, he took me around the shop showing me numerous different ottoman options opening up the beds showing me various colours also. He then applied discounts which knocked the price down for me. Gabby is such an asset to your team really pleased with the service. Later that evening I called back he took payment over the phone making the whole process easy. Thanks Gabby, you were brilliant!

First of all I went into the Solihull branch and gentleman serving me was great, on paper work says it was Gabby Parker. He is a credit to the team. Very professional patient didn’t rush me I came back and forth a few times.

Not only the service was great the process was smooth and efficient. Didn’t have to wait too long for bed less than 2weeks paid for assembly and bedcover as I have gone for a cream bed.

Bed is sturdy and looks really nice. The storage is super handy was worried about mattress slipping off as ottoman opens to side but it’s fine doesn’t slip off at all just a bit heavy to open which is fine as you want it secure so it doesn’t fall down on you.

Only thing I would say I wish the bed had on this Ottoman is a safety rail that locks when you open it to prevent any potential accidents as some other beds have this and extra safety would have been preferred.
Guys came to fit it, was professional and didn’t take long.

Overall very happy.

Me and my partner was greeted by Stephen a lovely friendly guy after we had been inside the showroom and started trying out beds he allowed a bit of time before approaching and wasn't persistent or feeling pressured
We explained what type of mattress we wanted and after him showing us a nice mattress he showed us many more to try which led us back to the first he suggested and it was on offer

Great customer service good price and great warranty. Cheaper than dreams, for what feels like a more premium product and not having to pay for a warranty which comes in with the purchase price unlike dreams which charge you extra for the same warranty. Very pleased.
