Excellent service and communication
Excellent service and communication. Initial igel mattress review is very good, but long term TBD. Delivery of new and recycling of old mattress all good. Delivery in a week. Will happily go to Bensons next time.

Very friendly and knowledgeable team at Hedge End store with excellent customer service. I made a repeat buy of a Staples mattress I’d bought from Bensons in 2017 and my partner bought a Tempur mattress and ottoman.

We ordered our mattress from Bensons Bed, excellent customer service from start to finish. The icing on the cake was the delivery guys Mark and Craig, good humour, professional and respectful. They get a 10 out of 10. That kind of customer service is priceless shame you don’t see more of this.

Jack was really helpful
Jack was really helpful. I told him my budget and the fact that l needed prompt delivery and he managed to sort beds, mattresses removal of old bed and assembly of new ALL within my budget asap. Thankful to the guys who removed and assembled beds in a confined space on a very hot day!!

Azura at hedge end branch was fantastic!
We visited bensons in hedge end and were helped by a wonderful young lady called Azura. She went above and beyond to help us find the best mattress and for the best price. We are very happy with our mattress and would highly recommend Bensons for beds.
