I like the service delivery which was great. The delivery guys were really polite and prompt. Even the communication of the sales guy was excellent.
However the mattress is not something we expected. Too firm for our backs causing us back ache every now and then.

The mattress is great, but delivery was shocking
The mattress is great, but the delivery was shocking. Delivery guys were supposed to take the mattress to the room, but told us they couldn’t get it up the stairs, blamed everything on the shop assistants and left myself and my daughter to struggle and get the mattress up to the bedroom.

No pushy salesman very nice experience buying a bed here. Salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was great. The guys even took their shoes off to go upstairs. Bed is lovely and so comfortable. Only problem is there were some pulls on the mattress. I phoned and this was sorted asap. So no issue.

I was helped by Azad in the Hedge End branch. He was really helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole process very simple. Delivery was on the assigned date and time (despite being one of the hottest days of the year) and the guys were again polite, helpful and got the job done quickly.
