Great shopping experience at Southport store
My sister was looking to replace an uncomfortable mattress she had bought elsewhere. She was able to look around and try several beds and mattresses before Emma the lovely assistant found us and stepped in to listen to what she was looking for then used the sleep machine results to offer suggestions as to what may be a good fit. We went and had a break then returned to retry a couple of the mattresses and finally decided on a divan base and eve mattress. Emma was knowledgeable, helpful and patient during the whole shopping experience, we asked a lot of questions. I’m looking forwards to the bed arriving and being used, fingers crossed!

We were warmly greeted when we entered the shop by Emma. She showed us to the mattress firmness machine and then took us around looking and trying various mattresses that we were interested in. Emma was very knowledgable and helped us make a decision and purchase.

Great shopping experience
I went into the store to browse for a new bed and I already knew which bed I wanted however I did not go in to purchase it right then and there. A gentleman called Glenn came to help me with any questions I had about the bed. He was very knowledgeable, listened to my needs and was not pushy when I said I didn’t want any extra stuff just the bed, mattress and the frame. There was also a massive sale going on, so I decided to buy the bed that day. Glenn made my shopping experience very pleasant, nothing worse than a pushy sales person trying to convince you that you need everything they have on offer. This was the Bensons Bed in Southport. I would 100% recommend them!

Excellent service in the store
Excellent service in the store. Everything was explained carefully and when we asked for an earlier delivery, it was arranged. When the bed was delivered, the men worked extremely hard and carefully put the mattress in place.
