We had exceptional customer service from Nathan at the Portsmouth branch, who was knowledgeable, courtesy and thorough providing all the information with no pressure. We had plenty of choice and our order was processed very efficiently. Delivery on time with a great team delivering - Callum and Steve. We would normally go to John Lewis but the experience greatly surpassed them. Finally, the product is great. Looks good and extremely comfortable. Thank you.

We were very impressed by the salesman , Nathan, who was extremely knowledgable and informative about the mattresses that would suit us best . He listened to our requirements and advised accordingly. He gave us time to consider our options but was on hand to answer further queries. Such a sharp contrast to another bedseller in the town!

I had 3 visits to Bensons in Southsea looking to buy an ottoman bed frame & new mattress. The assistant Nathan was extremely helpful & patient with me & my uncertainty of which mattress to choose. He patiently listened to my requirements & pointed me in the direction of a range of mattresses that would fit into my budget & allowed me the time to make my own decision. Extremely helpful without being pushy which made me feel very comfortable about returning to the store & chosing to make my purchase there. The store also recommended someone to put together the bed frame, which was a huge help

I'd like to compliment one of your employees/sales associates, Wayne, for the excellent service I received today at The Pompey Centre Trade Park branch in Portsmouth.

Wayne was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the different types of mattresses available. He took my needs and budget into consideration when providing me with mattress recommendations. The sale also never felt pushy, which I really appreciate. Wayne allowed me to take my time in testing out the different mattresses and honestly answered any questions/concerns I had. I also really appreciate that he took the time to go through the return policy should I end up not liking the mattress.

I ended up purchasing the double size Slumberland Natural Solutions 2000 Mattress thanks to Wayne. His great customer service is to be commended, and it definitely instilled confidence in the Bensons brand and purchase. I'll definitely be recommending and referring my friends to Bensons should they be in the market for a new mattress!
