Ideal store Staff and great prices
The customer service representative Tracey was brilliant from start to finish and was exactly the kind of person you’d want when shopping around for a bed or mattress. She was friendly, non pressurising, patient and informative in answering all of my questions. The price was reduced due to a sale Benson’s had on on the day I went in store which reduced the cost by £100 from £399 to £299. Unfortunately, my only disappointment so far is that the mattress couldn’t be delivered for 2 weeks, which is 7 days longer than I was expecting for delivery turnaround. I am yet to receive the mattress I ordered so hopefully all continues to go well, Im 4/14 days into the delivery date.

The all round experience was very good. Staff at the store were very helpful as was the delivery/insulation man. The downside was the up to 12 week wait.
