Good value in Easter sale
Friendly instore service, great knowledge about mattresses and beds. Wardrobe measurements were inaccurate from the website but not the stores fault, measure twice cut once applies when making an expensive purchase of any kind.

After calling into the St Helens store, Nick the sales assistant helped me choose the right bed for me, he was knowledgeable on every bed, discussing which bed would be the best for me, I'm disabled so having someone who took time to talk me through what each beds good and bad points were, he sent me the link so I could choose when I ordered the bed, fantastic experience

Great customer service
The customer service was exceptional. Firstly Andy advised us on the sleep machine to work out our matress preference before purchasing. He Left us to look round in our own time and had excellent knowledge when we had questions to ask. We went to other places but felt the customer service brought us back.
