We found the shopping experience good. Met by the sales assistant who directed us to what we were looking for and was able to answer all our questions. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

Sales assistant Linda was extremely helpful, not pushy, only offering more help when we needed it.

The young man who we dealt with had only been with the company for 4 weeks but his knowledge was very valuable and showed us every available option for our needs. He will be a great addition to your company in the future

We were welcomed to the store by Linda who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We bought a mattress she recommended and it will be delivered within 10 days. What’s not to like?! I would recommend this store, we were originally going to order online but this experience was fantastic and so much easier

Very friendly staff & was left to wander round the store & when we were ready to buy our bed & mattress they were very knowledgeable.

The beginning sales process in store was brilliant, very helpful but then came the delivery, I was called on route as they couldn't find my house and was asked if I had googled it as they hadn't? Don't they also have google? Then when they arrived they proceeded to trash my new build house with dirty hand marks on the majority of the walls, the stairs were really marked where they had scraped the walls with the beds as much as they could by the look of it. Then I was informed that they had no tools to assemble the beds as the depot hadn't given them any so did I have some as the customers all day had been having to supply them with some, unfortunately I didn't have any to hand, I was then told we would have to reschedule the assembly then that I had paid extra for, so i had to call around the building site that my new build is on to ask workmen to lend me some tools which they did. Removal men moved the contents of our old house in to our new one without making a mark or any damage, Bensons for Beds well all I am going to say is that I have had to repaint (2 weeks after moving in) the stairs due to the damage I kid you not. I was sent a customer satisfaction survey which I completed and surprise surprise no call back from customer services. I will never use Bensons or recommend them to anyone again.

Freedom to browse, try out beds, good information provided by staff, good range from low-mid-high to cover all budgets, clean and tidy showroom. Big shout out to staff who supported me and to Jack (learning the ropes as a new employee) who was helpful, patient, checked when unsure and held a good, customer focussed, conversation.

Jack was welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was important for us to try the beds for comfort which we were encouraged to do. The transaction went smoothly.

We went to look for a firm mattress. The staff where amazing and very informative. Gave us lots of options to try , telling us all the details of each mattress. Staff where very friendly and easy to approach. Nothing was to much trouble. Would highly recommend Bensons and the team at the stafford branch

Staff member was immediately available, without being pushy. Jan listened to what I wanted and found me the right product immediately. The whole experience was carried out in a friendly and efficient manner
