Super helpful staff and great choice
Super helpful and friendly staff, they listened to what we were looking for and were knowledgable and professional recommending a choice of options with absolutely no sales pressure. We got a great deal too as we bought during a special offer time. Very happy with Bensons, we would definitely come back again.

Great range of mattresses & helpful staff.
Very helpful in store and good range of mattresses. Ordering was easy and I was kept up to date with delivery and times. Delivery men were exceptional and respected my property, taking care and using covers for their shoes.

Kingsley the sales agent was the star of this show!
Kingsley the sales agent at the Stoke on Trent store is the reason for 5 stars, she was fabulous. We went into the store not really not knowing what we wanted other than a firm mattress. Kingsley talked us through the various options and we came out having ordered the perfect mattress, a spring and foam combination.
