Only problem was the about 14 week wait between ordering and delivery. We were advised of this, but it did seem excessive.

Terrible attitude
The thermostatic control was damaged on the radiator . Still not heard anything after a week not good service . Also told by deliver both mattresses were firm when one should be medium. When asked why they said just ring the shop and nothing more!

We came into store looking for a bed for my Mum and Dad. We were greeted by Faye who looked after us exceptionally well. She was very understanding and patient as my Dad has dementia. She listened to my detailed requests on what they needed and promptly found the best option based on their specific needs. Great in store experience thanks.
