Fantastic service from Ailsa gave us good advice. She was very knowledgeable and not pushy a pleasure to deal with.
Quick turnaround and very happy with our new mattress. Delivery crew were great very friendly and helpful.

Patient staff who took the time to explain options. It was easy to change the delivery dates when the flooring was delayed. Delivery was very smooth with updates on time of delivery and the delivery men were good with putting the beds together on a very hot day.

This was the first time I have used Benson for beds, from showroom to delivery the service was amazing.

We found the process of trying the beds and making a decision on which one to buy went very well. We had a great sales assistant Ailsa who was very knowledgeable and gave us good information to help us

Just a really chilled and relaxing environment. The staff were great - I think the lady’s name was Sarah? She was ever so friendly and very professional. Not pushy in the slightest. Would definitely reccomend.

I was kept updated regarding the delivery date and time, ringing me to say they would be with me in 20 minutes - which they were. Men were very courteous and obliging.

The staff were very friendly and the lady that helped me her name was Shannon, she explained everything in detail, we thought about it for two days and then when back to buy , Shannon remembered me and the mattress we needed straight away x

Excellent customer service and delivery

I visited the Swansea Branch twice while choosing a bed both experiences were really good, great advice given. The delivery process was great, 2 hr time slot given a while before delivery and emails keeping you updated and then a phone call prior to delivery.
Could not have received a better service😁

lovely time in swansea shop the staff are so helpful there is no pressure for a sale they let you look around on your own and if you want any help you only got to ask we have bought alot of items lately and we are very pleased on our purchase fantastic store and your staff bethan and ailsa are so wonderful thank you so much

From entering the store where the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable to the delivery of my mattress and removal of old on. The whole experience was very very good.

Absolutely amazing staff - so helpful. They tried to get us the best deals and just made everything easy.

They left us alone to look around in our own time and didn't attempt to influence us into buying anything we didn't want - but they were able to help with any questions we had. Then once we decided what we wanted, they made everything smooth and easy - including arranging the delivery and pick up of old mattress.

Bethan in the Swansea store was helpful and knowledgeable, asking questions that I hadn't even thought of and helped me choose the right mattress for me. It was delivered on a blisteringly hot day by John King and his colleague, both of them were brilliant - I have to say that its not often that a company surpasses exception but my experience has been really good and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

We had good advice and service at our local Bensons shop and the delivery was excellent. We were given a delivery time slot and were able to track its progress, then we were phoned 30 minutes before delivery. The delivery itself was seamless.
