Absolutely amazing staff
Absolutely amazing staff - so helpful. They tried to get us the best deals and just made everything easy.
They left us alone to look around in our own time and didn't attempt to influence us into buying anything we didn't want - but they were able to help with any questions we had. Then once we decided what we wanted, they made everything smooth and easy - including arranging the delivery and pick up of old mattress.

Bethan in the Swansea store was helpful and knowledgeable, asking questions that I hadn't even thought of and helped me choose the right mattress for me. It was delivered on a blisteringly hot day by John King and his colleague, both of them were brilliant - I have to say that its not often that a company surpasses exception but my experience has been really good and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Good allround service.
We had good advice and service at our local Bensons shop and the delivery was excellent. We were given a delivery time slot and were able to track its progress, then we were phoned 30 minutes before delivery. The delivery itself was seamless.

Excellent service for the second time
Excellent service for the second time. I’ve bought from them before. Delivered on time, notified days before a time slot for the day and phone call 30 mins before to say they’re on their way. The bed is really comfortable and a great sleep.
