We were looking for a otttoman bed. On our visit to your Tamworth branch the sales lady Sharon greeted us and showed us around and a bed we wanted but the problem was my wife couldn’t raise it, l tried and had the same problem. Staff were very helpful and courteous in our purchase of Tempur Tencil Mattress protector. However, the item was not in a sealed bag and when we opened the sheet out it had 2 dirty marks. Didn’t consider the item value for money either so overall not happy with our purchase!
