This company has got to have one of the worst customer services in the country.Dont be fooled on the website " contact us on the number given numerous times any day any time never answered within 30 minutes longest 47 minutes then it rings off.Faulty bed £3.500 not interested fobbed off. Will raise a " ticket " which quote goes in a pot then someone will contact you.(Dont pay cash) once theyve got the money just sit back no urgency.No issues with actual shop just nothing there when there's a problem. IN FACT KERRY & JULIA AT THE TELFORD SHOP HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR ROLES AND HOPEFULLY BYPASSING THESE EXCUSES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE BY TAKING THE MISSING PARTS ETC FROM A BED IN STORE AND AS A RESULT WE WILL NOT BE GIVING THE BED BACK DESPITE TRADING STANDARDS INFORMING US WE ARE WELL WITHIN OUR RIGHTS.TAKE NOTE CUSTOMER SERVICES SOMETIMES THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX AND LISTENING TO CUSTOMERS ON THE ODD OCCASION YOU CAN RETAIN CUSTOM.

It went smooth throughout the transaction to the delivery. Benson for beds kept in contact and gave us options for delivery date. They even offered us earlier delivery near the time. The wardrobes are absolutely beautiful and made from high quality materials. The delivery drivers also installed the wardrobes. They were very polite and respectful to our property. Bensons should put some effort into getting their order and delivery right…
Bensons should put some effort into getting its order & delivery system into fit for purpose! How can you send out a delivery vehicle with half the items missing. After waiting for 6 weeks from order only to have one mattress go to one warehouse and the second to another. Then another 3 week delay for a second delivery and inconvenience. We are still waiting for one item to be delivered off the order.

My local Benson for beds store is the Telford Branch & i have built up a good rapor with one of the female members of staff. I won’t mention names but she is always polite, extremely helpful & informative. When a customer comes into the store she will always acknowledge them & be there if they need assistance. She is an asset to the company.
