It went smooth throughout the transaction to the delivery. Benson for beds kept in contact and gave us options for delivery date. They even offered us earlier delivery near the time. The wardrobes are absolutely beautiful and made from high quality materials. The delivery drivers also installed the wardrobes. They were very polite and respectful to our property. We had an excellent experience throughout. Well done Benson for Beds and all their wonderful staff

Bensons should put some effort into getting their order and delivery right…
Bensons should put some effort into getting its order & delivery system into fit for purpose! How can you send out a delivery vehicle with half the items missing. After waiting for 6 weeks from order only to have one mattress go to one warehouse and the second to another. Then another 3 week delay for a second delivery and inconvenience. We are still waiting for one item to be delivered off the order.

My local Benson for beds store is the Telford Branch & i have built up a good rapor with one of the female members of staff. I won’t mention names but she is always polite, extremely helpful & informative. When a customer comes into the store she will always acknowledge them & be there if they need assistance. She is an asset to the company.

The team were courteous, efficient and friendly. All packaging was taken away, leaving my room clean and tidy. I was asked were I wanted my items placed post assembly. An extra item was unpacked for me that I was expecting to do myself. The team removed their shoes on entering my property without being asked.
