Ordering was very simple as what I would expect from Bensons. It took a couple of weeks to arrive and was given a 2 hour slot and the driver phoned early to say he was running early and it was delivered without any fuss and collected old mattress in under 20 minutes. Well done

The expertise of the salesman (Chris) at the lakeside store was excellent in helping us chose the correct mattress for our requirements. The updates on the progress of the order were reassuring to know that the mattress was being made. The delivery team were polite and carried out their work efficiently. Shocking delivery and assembly service had to get someone myself to assemble the wardrobe as I was left with it flat packed and told another 5 weeks wait before they could return after the items was already 3 weeks late
