I looked around at a lot of bed places, I found the service and knowledge of Asha (sales person) here amazing, Asha was not pushing for the sale and was very helpful with the correct bed and mattress and really helpful with the entire process.
It was actually a pleasurable experience purchasing the bed.

Store assistant was really helpful in advising us which mattress would be best for our 13 year old. Communication from Bensons been excellent.

My first experience buying a bed in a shop so I had no clue what I was doing - Christopher was quick to guide me and my partner through the process and we found a new bed and mattress within 10 minutes. He explained all different kinds of mattresses and pillows, and allowed us to try them out. Process was very easy but definitely would have been a lot longer and frustrating without Christopher’s help! He also put up with me being very indecisive! Thank you so much!

I was looking to buy a mattress and Bensons beds was my first choice. I have purchased from Bensons previously and was extremely happy with the service I received. I was not hassled on entry Gary my salesman wauted for me to approach him. He was extremely knowledgeable on the products he was selling.
I was not rushed or coerced in any way. He was really friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble
