It’s all about the staff. Maureen was amazing. She looked after us and made spending a pile of money on something really bland a good experience. There is nothing cool about buying a mattress but the science behind it and experience dealing with Maureen made it much easier.

Heather was very welcoming when we arrived in the store, she asked what we were looking for and then explained the layout of the showroom and how Bensons could help us find a mattress to suit our needs. Heather then let us browse the store without hovering over us whilst continuing to check in with us periodically to offer advice. Overall a nice relaxed visit with a lovely member of the team.

Would buy again from the company
Staff in the shop were so helpful and from buying our bed until delivery they emailed regular to let us know that it was on plan for delivery date we chose. On the day the driver phoned ahead to tell us roughly when he would arrive.
