Assistant was attentive but not pushy…
Assistant in the store was attentive but not pushy and gave us time to look around and decide what we wanted. We were given a delivery date of 26th Sept and all went to plan with a time slot provided and a call 30 mins before they arrived. The guys were very nice and built the bed and removed the packaging as agreed. All in all a pleasant experience.

We love our bed frame but,
We love our bed frame, we’ve had it around 5 months and still no issues (hoping it stays that way!)
The guys who delivered and built the bed were great! Called the day before to arrange time, called in the morning to give ETA, they were lovely and respectful when here, and even dragged my mattress back to the bedroom for me since my fiancé was out to work!
The only thing I’d raise is the storage. We bought an ottoman, the sales lady we spoke to told us the bottom of the ottoman was solid, however once it was built and the delivery guys were showing me how to work it, they explained that the cover at the bottom that covers the floor, is simply a sheet of fabric with Velcro, which just feels very cheap after having spent £800 on the bedframe, and ever more frustrating as the sales lady had advised otherwise!
I’m happy with the frame, because I love the colour, the fabric and how it looks, however, sales experience and the price point for a Velcro sheet at the bottom dim the experience.

From entering the shop I was greeted warmly. Given time to look around and when I asked the sales associate Lynn questions about a bed she was very knowledgeable and this was very reassuring. I was then supported to purchase the bed and delivery dates organised.
The delivery service kept in contact and dropped off with care.

Great store and very helpful staff, we were greeted by a lovely lady Linda who was so helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was a problem! 1st shop we went into and never had to go anywhere else. Very quick delivery time which is great!
