Faultless service from start to finish
From our first visit to the Warrington store to choose a new bed, we felt really welcome. There were no pushy sales tactics at all, just a genuinely helpful bloke called Steve who actually listened to what we wanted and took the time to talk us through all the options. Everything we were told would happen after paying our deposit happened exactly as promised, with regular updates and delivery reminders that were really appreciated. The bed was delivered on time and handled with care and it’s absolutely beautiful, great quality too. We’re super impressed with the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Great experience from start to finish
The start to end process has been very pleasant and hassle free.
We went to the Warrington store looking for a mattress and the lady was lovely. She gave us pillows and left us alone trying every mattress available in the store. We found one we liked but wanted to wait for the Christmas sale. The lady took out details and promised to call us on Boxing Day.
We received a call from lady on Boxing Day with a massive discount! We were explained about the ordering and delivering process very clearly.
The waiting journey has also been really good. We got updates regularly via text messages/emails. The mattress was delivered on the date selected.
On the delivery date, we received a call from the delivery guys 45 mins before arrival. They were very friendly and polite. They put shoes protectors before walking up to our bedroom and they moved the mattress with care.
Thank you for a very pleasant experience and we are loving our new mattress.

Excellent customer service! We were urgently needing to find a new bed and mattress due to being let down by a different bed company and needing to find a bed that day. We stopped by at bensons for beds and explained to steve the situation we had and that we urgently needed a bed the same day. Steve was absolutely amazing and found us a bed at such a great price with a lot of other benefits and discounts too with a big thanks to Andy! We was able to purchase a bed we loved and take it away with us that day! Couldn't recommend them enough, thankyou.
