Brilliant Bensons
Excellent customer service and knowledge of the products from Linda. She spent lots of time with us and made sure we tested as many mattresses as possible. She explained the differences between the different types of mattress and made sure we chose the beds that most met our needs. Bensons also had a very good promotional discount and offered interest free finance.

We went to store after a nightmare…
We went to store after a nightmare experience in Dreams.
We were greeted by Andy who was brilliant from start to finish. The way we were tread was very very good and the experience of buying a bed and mattress very enjoyable.
Not once was he rude or pushy he just listened to what we wanted and guided us to what we needed.
I would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds and Andy who works there.

We found the staff very helpful and friendly and made a few visits before making our decision. A new mattress is quite a big purchase and needs to be right. There was no pressure and Linda was a pleasure to deal with.

Steve at Benson Beds was absolutely fantastic. He greeted me warmly, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and guided me through the options without any pressure. His product knowledge was outstanding—he explained the differences between mattresses clearly and helped me find exactly what suited my needs and budget.
What really stood out was his patience and genuine willingness to help. He made the whole experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. Thanks to Steve, I left feeling confident I’d made the right choice.
