Excellent customer service Steve and Andy
Excellent customer service! We were urgently needing to find a new bed and mattress due to being let down by a different bed company and needing to find a bed that day. We stopped by at bensons for beds and explained to steve the situation we had and that we urgently needed a bed the same day. Steve was absolutely amazing and found us a bed at such a great price with a lot of other benefits and discounts too with a big thanks to Andy! We was able to purchase a bed we loved and take it away with us that day! Couldn't recommend them enough, thankyou.

Steve and Andy were both very helpful
Steve and Andy were both very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They talked us through all the pros and cons of the beds that we were looking at. We have purchased all our previous beds from Bensons because they offer great products at good prices and have staff that help you make a decision without being pushy.

Brilliant Bensons
Excellent customer service and knowledge of the products from Linda. She spent lots of time with us and made sure we tested as many mattresses as possible. She explained the differences between the different types of mattress and made sure we chose the beds that most met our needs. Bensons also had a very good promotional discount and offered interest free finance.
