The mattress and service was fine but...
The mattress and service was fine but the additional bits are annoying. Firstly, you have to pay for delivery, even if you dont want it. I live within sight of the store and was happy to collect, but that notion was deemed as laughable... so in fact I am paying for delivery from their warehouse to their store. The sales person and delivery drivers were all nice an courteous but the post sales questonaires, the need for another app to manage your payment etc... is a nuisance.

I went to numerous bed/mattress shops and in every single one I was pounced upon as soon as I walked in the door, the difference with bensons for beds is I walked in they said Hi then left me to have a walk around and test out mattresses without anyone keeping on at me about them it really was a delight, I'd also like to say a massive THANK YOU to ANDY, he left me alone to have a good look and I found exactly what I wanted , then we I asked for his information or help he knew all there is to know about my mattress and also give me some great deals too,
