From the first visit to the showroom, followed by a couple more visits and then order being placed, all the way to delivery, this was a great experience. Happy friendly staff and very clear information about delivery and after care. Well done Benson's for Beds.

Very helpful and did not rush us and explained things like delivery times

Very helpful staff explained different types of mattresses. Ordering was straightforward and excellent delivery service, I appreciated the call to confirm time of delivery. Delivery men were very helpful explained how to care for my new mattress and took away all the packaging. I would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds.

Amazing in store support for customers who have disabilities. Very patient and informative and don’t rush you at all but give you plenty of their time and plenty of support in choosing the right bed and furniture.

Given a shorter time slot for the delivery the day before, and it did arrive during the 2 hours. The men were polite and cheerful, and bed delivered with no hassle. However, after they left I realised that the bed was still in it's packaging. Whilst we know we were to assemble the bed, I was surprised to see it still wrapped - since found out that we needed to pay extra for that privilege!!

From the original phone call ( I couldn't attend the show room) to recycling my old mattress the whole experience was amazing. Éveryone was so helpful understanding professional and caring, I felt listened to and valued as a customer. And the mattress is brilliant too. Well done and thank you. He took the time to provide all the information I needed and helped me make the right purchase for my family. We were greeted when we entered the shop then left to have a good look around, the sales person answered all are questions and told us about the offers and compared prices of a couple of beds , which helped us decide on are purchase, 🙂

Excellent product, service and communication throughout.

The sales staff were very friendly and patient but did not offer a sleep consultation and didn't ask whether I sleep on my side or back - and this has a huge impact on which mattress you choose. I had bought a mattress from Bensons 18 months earlier which proved very unsatisfactory and, having done some research online, found that this - and the mattresses recommended on my previous visit - were definitely not ideal for those who sleep on their side. If I had bought either of the two suggested for me in store I would have finished up with the same problem!
