Very good service from Bensons
On entering the showroom we were greeted by a member of staff who helped us with our decision on which mattress was best for us. We have slept on this mattress now for about 5 days and can say this product is excellent quality, comfortable and we are very happy with our purchase. The delivery guys were polite and friendly and brought the mattress upstairs with no problem at all.

Very happy
I have been looking for a sofa/bed unsuccessfully but when I went to Bensons they had several types that I could see. The staff were very helpful and after checking out where the bed had to go I returned and purchased one. I even had a small query after delivery and the young man again was very helpful.

Tuesday 3rd march at about 6ish I went into the Waterlooville bensons for beds shop. The lad (can’t remember his name) was very very helpful, gave me all the info I needed in picking a new mattress, showed me all of the mattresses in store in the firmness I liked after being in the machine that shows you the different firmnesses. He was super informative, very friendly and welcoming. I have since brought a new mattress and frame. Cannot that you enough!

Bought wardrobes
Visited the shop a couple of times to view wardrobes and each time was given good advice. Staff were really friendly and ordering was easy. After ordering decided to add extra item which was done without any fuss. Would recommend using this shop

Truck broke down on the day so delivery was delayed, but only for a few hours! They communicated very well, the estate we live in was too tight for the new truck so the guys carried the pillows and mattress to our door, it’s not exactly light! 😅

New igel mattress arrived no delays
New igel mattress arrived no delays, delivery guys were great although initially seemed like it wasn't going to fit up the stairs even after measuring as advised. Sleeping very well.
Worth getting the igel pillows too as they also make a real difference and well worth it.
