Inexperienced staff
I went in to upgrade the mattress I had chosen two days earlier. Although the staff were friendly, none of them knew how to change the order. If this team had served me previously, I would have left without purchasing from Bensons. After more than an hour waiting, I left asking them to post me the receipt.
Since placing my initial order a week ago, I have been bombarded with unnecessary emails and texts - more than 40 so far.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service from Charles, who was very helpful, lovely to talk to and was very informative, no pressure selling.He is indeed a big asset to the Waterlooville Branch.
Delivery was on time and the delivery guys were very professional. Kept me in the loop on delivery timings.
From ordering to the delivery, i couldn't fault it. Overall it was a positive experience, plus loving my bed.

Why we chose Bensons
We were served by Charles at the Waterlooville store. He was friendly, helpful and efficient and was able to show us lots of examples of bed bases, mattresses and headboards from the extensive showroom. He was very attentive but without pressure and we were happy to make a purchase

Very helpful and knowledgeable manager who showed us the choice of mattresses to meet our needs and answered all our questions. He made it a very pleasant and easy experience to buy our replacement mattress without being pushy. Would definitely go there again. This was in contrast to Dreams, which we visited a while ago and where the assistants were completely idle and disinterested.

Customer Service
The staff were very welcoming and the sales staff member that dealt with us was very informative about the full range of beds available. We were given plenty of time to look around and the rep was readily available to answer any questions. When we had made our minds up he gave us a full rundown regarding the workings of the lift up divan we had chosen and details regarding delivery, assembly and removal costs. After our experience we were more than happy to go ahead with our purchase. I would like to thank all of the staff involved for the service we received from start to finish.
