Recently purchased the Slumberland Ultimate wool mattress in a medium.
After making 2 very costly mistakes ordering matresses far too firm for me (my own silly fault), Bensons exchanged my matresses TWICE under the guarantee with no hassle whatsoever. I'm so pleased to say, i have finally found comfort! This feels like a dream to sleep on. It's well made, super comfortable and so supportive for my back as I'm a back sleeper. The wool topping keeps me so cool & temperature regulated, I don't find myself stripping off in the night to cool down anymore! And for the first time in 15 years... I do not need a thick foam topper over the top of my mattress! I hope it lasts many years ahead, as I now actually look forward to bed times! Delivery smooth & courteous ( as all 3 have been). Massive thanks to Andy from the Waterlooville branch for finally making my sleeps so happy!!!! 😀

Our experience in the show room was very good, staff very helpful& informative. We were freely allowed to explore the beds & try them.
We highly recommend all the staff we dealt with in your Waterlooville store.
Where the problem came was the long wait for it to be delivered. We had the keys to our new house 9th April but didn't receive the bed until 28th May. It was due to arrive 22nd May but was postponed due to the mattress not arriving. This we feel is a very long wait & would possibly prevent us from coming to you for other beds we need for guest rooms. It was this wait time that has reduced the number of stars we have given you.
The delivery& set up of the bed went well apart from we have a black mark on the side of the new mattress, which means it did not arrive in perfect condition.
