Delighted with my purchase, my new bed looks great and is so comfortable. Delivery was quick and very smooth. The delivery driver Vitalisus and driver assistant Ben assembled the bed really quickly , they were so efficient and very friendly and ensured they removed my old bed and packaging from the new bed fully with no mess left behind. Great advice and very helpful
Great advice and very helpful and friendly in the shop. Only reason I have given a 4 star not 5 is when the bed was delivered the headboard was marked and it took another two weeks to replace this but that was taken care of very well. Love the new bed and the temper mattress is amazing.

Customer care is questionable
After waiting 2 months for delivery of our bed, the packaging was battered and the headboard was punctured. We didn't open the other packages. The guys who were assembling the bed rang this though to Bensons and it was suggested by Tracey? that I accept the rest of the bed and wait for the headboard. The operator failed to understand (or didn't care) that the headboard was essential to attach the other parts too. Our old bed had been out in the rain, so damp when brought back in. On visiting Bensons in Wigan to request a refund, the deputy was helpful but the male colleague in store, was very ignorant when my partner attempted to show him the damage from photographs. He may not have cared, but please have the courtesy to show some care towards a customer who has had a poor experience.
