Went for beds.
Fantastic
Went for beds for me and my Mum and knew which bed we wanted as soon as we saw it. The shop was laid out so you see all the bed.
Ian, who helped is a credit to the company. He was so helpful with everything including which pillow was the best for the way I sleep.
Would recommend to everyone.

Very helpfull sales staff finding the…
Very helpfull sales staff finding the right bed for me. Delivered to room of my choice, built for me in good time . Great service all round. Left room tidy and took all rubish with them I would recamend them but have to say although I used there service to build bed and remove old bed was a bit extravagant.

The bed of dreams.
Debbie who served us was exceptionally knowledgeable about the beds and pillows in the shop. She took us through the whole range of beds encouraging us to try them out. Originally we were totally unsure about the type of bed we wanted, but with Debbie’s support and very helpful manner we ended up purchasing a bed and mattress and pillow we cannot wait to be delivered. We are elderly and finally I feel I’ve got the bed, mattress and pillows of my dreams. The interest free finance was very helpful, although we do have the cash.

Unhappy experience
I have bought a pillow on 8/12 in Robin park Wigan branch.
When I first get the pillow i said it is not as big as the sample. The shop keeper said it is normal and it will become same as the sample after unpack.
However, after unpack the pillow, it is not what the sales lady said.
I tried to exchange in the branch today. She said she can’t do that and asked me to contact customer service. It cost me £80 for such service.
It is misleading , unhelpful and not professional at all.
Please reminds your future customers your product is not refund and no return.
I am highly recommend AVOID to shop in this brand!!!

Bensons - store assistant
The store assistant, Tracey was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We were unsure of which type of mattress we wanted. We were shown specific ones which met our needs and were left to discuss and decide which one we would like. Pillows were brought so we could try out the different mattresses in comfort. Tracey was covering at the Wigan store that day. Thank you for an excellent experience. Thank you

Great bed and great service throughout.
Great bed. Great service, ability to pay on finance. Helpful staff gave great advice. Bed arrived on time. Delivery men were very helpful and explained how the bed was assembled for future reference. They even helped me to move my old bed out of the bedroom.
