Lovely staff and I love my bed,,one thing I can say is the tv I'm very disappointed it didn't have Bluetooth was hard to set up and now when I'm watching the TV the screen is green with no picture but there was sound. I called them and apparently someone is going to ring me

The salesman - Ian welcomed us on entering the store and seemed genuinely interested in my enquiry. He was attentive throughout and gave me honest, informed answers regarding a mattress purchase. I left him promising to call back later - which I did and made the purchase. He was professional, friendly and informed and made my experience an exceptional one.

The lady in the shop was the same lady who sold us our first bed she was very helpful

Absolute garbage mattress, 25mths old sagging and dipping, supposed to be orthocomfort , rubbish, shaped like a banana, high at the headboard , high at the feet end and dips in the middle causing discomfort to my accident damaged back, Bensons sent an inspector out who could see the issue and agreed with me but he says it is within the manufacturer wear guidelines for its 25mth age, absolute ridiculous, taking it to the tip, the mattress isn't fit for purpose, a good mattress should last 6-8 years, this is 25mths old, i would dread to think what it would be like in another 6 months never mind 6 years, Bensons phoned today saying the case is now closed after receiving the report , i also have a 5 year guarantee and guess what normal wear and tear after 25mths isnt covered what a suprise.
This is my honest review of my experience and i have not been influenced by any other unhappy customer or any other review. Won't be shopping in there in the future.

The package was delivered to our upstairs bedroom and I started to undo the cardboard and asked the delivery man who was taking a photo of the box if he should wait for me to check the sofa bed before he left and he said no and left me to it, now we are left with 2 big cardboard boxes to get rid of and after reading the delivery charter this packaging should have been taken away had the men waited while I unpacked and checked the item and offered to take it, not good service considering we had paid 39 pounds for delivery, we will now have to make a journey to a tip
