Excellent service
Richard was professional really helpful, was very knowledgable and understood what I wanted from a new mattress (several as I was buying for our young adults in the family also). He spent time with me explaining all the options and really worked hard until I was completely satisfied. Not pushy at all. He also followed up the following day to make me aware of better terms that had just been made available.

Excellent sales service!
The sales assistant was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of time to understand our choice of mattress and the type of bed frame we were interested in. He couldn’t have done more. We hadn’t expected to order on the day but we’re so impressed by his service and the quality of bed and mattress we decided to place our order there and then.
