Bensons for Beds
Bensons for Beds, Witney. Just dealt with Hannah (Store Manager) and I can honestly say, this has to be the worst interaction I have encountered in the last few years. I was politely explaining circumstances when she was interrupting me, had a poor attitude (and was actually arguing) and completely defensive despite me explaining it was nothing personal. I work in customer service and understand that consumers are not always right but I can honestly say this complaint is no longer about the circumstance but the attitude I was dealt with. Would personally avoid this store (also the return policy is not great and very costly).

Hannah was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about products and services. Showed me a variety of options for what I required.
Staff on day of collection very helpful to with instructions for finding the loading bay and helping to load mattress into the car.
