A terrific bed-buying experience, delivered by the wonderfully friendly and patient Hannah from the Witney store.
Hannah helped analyze my sleeping needs by means of considerate questioning and the use of the in-store sleepPRO system, before using her findings and thorough knowledge of products held both in store and online to help guide me to a superbly comfortable purchase.

Fantastic experience at Witney store
Hannah from the Witney store was friendly and so helpful. She was quick to acknowledge us when we entered the store. We explained to Hannah what we were looking for and she was extremely helpful. We found a lovely bed and comfy mattress which suited both my husband and I. The service from Hannah was excellent and we are very excited to receive our new bed. Thank you

We went to the Witney branch, and the assistant was very helpful (Hannah). She gave us space to try out the mattress, answered all our questions, and even gave our puppy a dog treat. She made the whole experience painless.

I was impressed with the service I received from Hannah. Nothing was too much trouble. She was vey helpful from the moment ent I entered the shop. She was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right choice. I am looking forward to my bed being delivered!
I was quite surprised how quick the delivery time is! About 5 weeks from date of purchase. Which is perfect for me.
