Wow!
Wow! Helpful young lady helped me to chose the right bed for our needs. Quite a complicated bed with smart tv to put together. Delivered and assembled without any fuss by two very experienced cheerful chaps. We were using one of our own mattresses which was upstairs. They even brought the mattress down for us and put it on the bed! They took all the rubbish away. Brilliant service.

Start to finish a really positive experience. Advisors in showroom really helpful and knowledgeable. We had issues with access to the property and the size of the order fitting. The showroom were helpful and offered a alternative options.

The sales man was very helpful and cherry and helped me find the bed I wanted, the delivery men were very cheery and and polite they do everything they had to do I thought they were very helpful and soon cleared up the mess the bed is exactly what i was looking for.

Professional service
Good service. Lots of choice. Servers gave detailed information. They were polite,attentive and respectful. I am disabled; they were very considerate and recognised my needs. Although I bought a very expensive product it was totally my choice, I was shown a full range and chose what will be best for me. Only complaint; the “access” lift was very awkward and difficult, not at all user friendly if using a walking aid. Had to hold the door open whilst also pushing walker through.

What a wonderful experience. From walking into the store to delivery it was great.
Store advice, ease and understanding without pressure was welcomed. Communication through the process and finally the delivery by Gary and Warren was cheerful, polite, respectful and jolly lovely men.
