Helpful staff, not pushy sales people
From shop to home everything went smoothly, kept informed when mattresses would arrive, called to advise when they would be coming on the day, old mattresses taken away, which was a major bonus especially on Christmas Eve. Delivery drivers very quick an professional.

The young lady working there went out of her way to help, she was very attentive and supportive. And she would get 5 stars, however, The men were not good, on their phones, when I asked if we'd get it for Xmas, they were very negative. But Angel, I think she was called, sorted it all out and we left happy.

Great Shopping Experience.
Thank you to Emma at the Clifton Moor, York branch for a great shopping experience.
We were 'assessed' on the SleepPRO for our optimum mattress type and then shown a variety of mattresses that fitted the bill.
Emma was knowledgeable about the various mattress types and was able to answer all our questions.
If the quality of the mattress matches the quality of the shopping experience, then we'll be very pleased.
